I wanted to divert the notebook from its primary function (take notes, draw...) and work only on the front and back of the notebook. Book covers are the first visual contact we have with the object. Here, I took my two characters, Travis and Mina, out of this notebook, a metaphor to show that creation and creativity are limitless. The reference to this position of the characters is that of the logo of the iconic skateboard brand Powell Peralta (1978), showing a skeleton emerging from paper material. Archival Fund
